Work Sense of Coherence (Work SOC)
The team of the Center of Salutogenesis at the University of Zurich in Switzerland has developed a questionnaire to measure the work-related sense of coherence (Work SoC). It is a nine-item seven-point Likert-type scale that assess the experience of comprehensibility, manageability and meaningfulness in the workplace.
